Application Developer/Analyst - EcoSys

Primary Purpose:
Under general supervision provides custom development and technical support for the company’s implementation of EcoSys. Collaborates with internal EcoSys implementation team to understand requirements and deliver solutions within EcoSys application configuration and associated C#-based integration applications. Responsible for new development, bug fixes, and maintenance of existing code base.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and implement changes to the EcoSys application via the EcoSys non-programmatic configuration framework
• Develop, test, and implement changes to existing C# data integration applications
• Provide support of existing software application through ticket resolution, bug fixes, and enhancements
• Implement bug fixes and enhancement requests for Power BI reports and communicate changes for Data Warehouse to development teams
• Actively participate in design discussions and code reviews
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve business processes through application enhancements
• Works with business stakeholders to support and deliver positive outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
o Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology , MIS or equivalent technology degree/experience required

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• 5+ years custom software development experience including full development lifecycle
• Experience with non-programmatic configuration of enterprise software solutions
• Experience writing reports or developing queries against RDBMSs
• Experience applying object-oriented programming concepts
• Experience writing test cases and documentation around software enhancements
• Experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting applications in a multi-site, multi-user environment
• Demonstrates excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience implementing enhancements or performing administration within EcoSys via configuration
• Experience developing C# database integration applications
• Experience with Project Controls concepts and project execution methodologies
