The Craft Recruiting Manager develops strategies and leads a team of craft recruiters to execute those strategies in support of the company's growing construction business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop's construction craft talent acquisition strategies to ensure successful support of domestic construction projects.
This position requires a keen ability for maintaining industry partnerships and staying current with regard to industry changes and trends.
Leads a sizeable team to ensure that the business is supported with a solid pipeline of craft professional talent to meet business growth goals.
Focuses on growing and developing team skill sets to provide career development opportunities.
Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.
5+ years progressive recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience in construction craft recruiting highly preferred.
The ability to think strategically, anticipate business needs and develop plans to proactively meet growth goals.
Extensive knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements (local, state, and federal, such as Fair Labor Standards Act, Wage & Hour, Etc.)
Familiar with Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Plan regulations and company goals
Good understanding of performance review and performance management principles
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Good presentation skills
Good problem solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve)
Basic understanding of Human Resource Information System(s)
