Primary Purpose:
Reporting to the ESH&S Manager the ESH&S Senior Training Coordinator position will be responsible for the delivery of the B&V ESH&S training matrices across the business.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight and management of the delivery of ESH&S training within the UK
• Identify training needs for the whole business based on published ESH&S training matrices
• Agree training needs for all professionals with BVL leadership and dept heads
• Produce budgets based on training needs analysis and manage and report on expenditure against agreed budget
• Manage CITB grant applications for ESH&S training
• Use and develop training databases and spreadsheets
• Manage training coordinator and coordinate admin support
• Arrange training for individuals to ensure compliance with training matrices
• Ensure feedback is obtained, assessed and acted upon in accordance with B&V process requirements
• Ensure training records are maintained and inputted into B&V databases
• Provide stats on training metrics against established targets
• Provide reports and records as necessary
• Review adequacy of the training requirements/course contents
• Update Training Need Analysis when necessary to include training requirements for new employees, where an individual’s job role/responsibilities change etc
• Devise and implement systems to facilitate delivery of training
• Liaise with L&D dept.
• Maintain CSCS records, verify and advise professionals on requirements
• Process invoices and comply with B&V financial systems
• Prepare and deliver training as needed
• Participate in audits
• Assist and support the ESH&S managers as required

• Good IT skills, particularly excel, access databases etc
