Primary Purpose:
Provide administrative support for Human Resources department

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
o Maintain HR record and documentation management:
- HR document filing (HR personal data, recruitment database, expatriate documentation, etc.)
- Maintain leave and medical record
o Assist for registration and maintain BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan record
o Assist in reviewing agency invoices
o Prepare HR related letters and communication (employment letter, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:
Contact Compensation All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
