Provides coordination support to Power and Oil & Gas division in all areas of recruiting. Responsibilities include coordinating interview activities, scheduling interview travel, maintaining resume tracking system, providing general administrative assistance, and supporting ad hoc HR duties as needed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•Schedules all interviews
•Arranges interview travel for candidates as needed
•Communicates regularly with Power and Oil & Gas recruitment team
•Initiates and tracks background check and drug screening information
•Responsible for ordering recruiting materials
•Supports Power and Oil & Gas HR projects as needed
• Maintains data in resume tracking system. Enters requisition information and applicant data.
• Tracks and codes invoices for interviews and transportation.
2+ years administrative experience
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
•Proficiency in MS Office suite
•Previous experience using an ATS
•Outstanding oral and written communication skills
