Provide general clerical support performing routine activities under general supervision and within defined procedures. May have regular contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receptionist (updating telephone list)
• All aspect of admin duties :- mailing, replenish office supplies, hotel and air ticket bookings, meeting/lunch/dinner arrangements, arranging office maintenance and cleaning, follow up with landlord and building management on office lease and renovation, business license update, annual check for company vehicles, company chop usage records etc/
• Coordinate with Finance department in BJ for office payments and managers’ expenses claim, submitting tax returns and maintaining bank records etc.
• Coordinate with FESCO and Human Resources dept. in BJ on staffing (recruitment/departure), orientation, overtime & annual leave records etc.
• Other duties such as typing, filing, compiling reports, keeping safety and quality control documents
• Prefer to know some English
• Well versed with Excel, word and PowerPoint
• Analytical mind
• Responsible and able to work independently
