Primary Purpose:
The Project Manager will lead system implementation for Work and Asset Management at utility clients. Responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality according to contract. Additionally, the project manager will delegate team assignments through various phases of the engagement. The role may include managing projects from prospect to client deliverables, as well as providing technical or industry knowledge to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases. The successful project manager will demonstrate capabilities with moderate level of oversight and collaboration with more senior level professionals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead system implementation for Work and Asset Management at utility clients. Responsible for managing the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality according to contract. Additionally, the project manager will delegate team assignments through various phases of the engagement. The role may include managing projects from prospect to client deliverables, as well as providing technical or industry knowledge to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases. The successful project manager will demonstrate capabilities with moderate level of oversight and collaboration with more senior level professionals.

Location: Virtual position with ability to travel up to 80%.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 7 years of experience in a business/consulting environment
• 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Leadership experience in at least one system implementation of Work and Asset Management Software in a water or other utility
• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in at least one system implementation of Oracle WAM
• Knowledge of a complete engagement lifecycle.
• Developing business development capability.
• Advanced technical or industry knowledge.
• Knowledge base in two or more solution areas.
• Advanced knowledge in one or more aspects of consulting processes.
• Human relations skills including collaboration and team functions.
• Ability to understand team functions and lead operation in an engagement environment.
• Ability to operate multiple software packages.
