To provide support to project team and management under minimal supervision. Incumbents have demonstrated proficiency in the project support role, and are able to utilize frequent independent judgment, as needed. Possesses broad knowledge of project policies.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes flow of administrative work through supervisor’s office. Completes complex filing activities such as assigning file numbers, action items, and distribution for project file system. Completes or coordinates cave storage for project files. Maintains project calendar and project management personal calendar, and schedules meetings, travel, and/or events. Initiates or composes simple to complex documents. May coordinate timesheet collection. May review expense reports for compliance. May verify accuracy of invoices prior to approval. May assign or coordinate work of other support staff, as well as conduct performance management activities.; Acts in capacity of a “lead person”. Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction. List positions receiving direction: Clerical support.
Intermediate spreadsheet and word processing skills needed. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. 5+ years relevant experience preferred.
