Primary Purpose:
Developing, implementing and maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Authority submission drawings (URA, BCA, FSSD, PUB, etc).
• Give presentation using 3D BIM models in coordination meeting when necessary.
• Maintain site records such as construction drawings.
• Update construction drawings and As-Built drawings.

Minimum Qualifications:
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
•5+ years production experience in BIM implementation, drafting or engineering with relevant certification/Diploma
•Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current BIM Software Bentley (AECOsim, Navigator, etc) and Autodesk (Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, etc) versions with emphasis on project sheet setup, 4D, 5D & 6D
•Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
•Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others.
•Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM
•Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
•Have good knowledge in Pipework in Water Treatment Plant (able to do pipe routing, pipe connect, etc)
•Understand Authority BIM standard and submission requirements.
•Able to work on Project Site (Jurong Island)
