Primary Purpose:
Responsible for day-to-day administration of relocation/assignment/immigration services. Serves as liaison between affected professionals, internal functional stakeholders (such as Legal, Payroll, Accounts Payable or Tax), internal business line leaders (such as HR Business Partners, Project Managers, etc.) and third-party vendors. Oversees maintenance of PeopleSoft and shared drive files for relocation/assignment/immigration tracking and related reporting for identified population. Per Global Mobility policies, authorizes and approves third party vendor services. Reviews and approves mobility-related allowances, invoices, wires, check requests, expense reports, cost estimates and tracking payments. Reviews and approves relocation/assignment letters and related documents. Monitors trends in the mobility industry.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiates and monitors the mobility processes for identified population.
Administers and interprets related policies and regulations to provide strategic guidance and support to HR and business leaders to insure immigration, tax and legal compliance.
Develops and approves cost estimates, mobility data in HR tracking systems and shared drive files, mobility letters and supporting documentation for identified population.
Serves as central point of contact for day-to-day emails and phone calls with affected professionals and internal stakeholders regarding mobility issues for identified population.
Escalates issues or exceptions with identified population to attention of Global Mobility Manager for assessment or decision.
Audits and approves administration of mobility-related employee allowances and vendor payments.
Consults with third-party vendors on regular basis regarding mobility issues for identified population.
Supports continuous process improvement efforts and the associated change management effects.
Monitors mobility trends affecting identified population and updates colleagues within Global Mobility team.
Oversees special projects on an ad-hoc basis, as directed by Senior GMS or Global Mobility Manager.
Conducts periodic audits of files and follows up on missing information for identified population.
Continuously monitors monthly activity reports, government regulation changes (such as IRS Mileage Rates, GSA Per Diems, immigration law changes, etc.) and/or vendor tables (such as Cost of Living Allowance, Hardship Allowance) for identified population where further actions may be required.
Develops and maintains process documentation related to identified population.
Attends internal Global Mobility team meetings/status updates.
