Primary Purpose:
Directs the project support staff in the performance of their Document Control and Record Management duties including training and mentoring.
Develops, implements and monitors Document Control and Records Management policies and procedures. Works under minimal direction and supervision.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, and administers nuclear records management policies and procedures designed to facilitate effective and efficient handling of business records and other information.
Subject Matter Expert on Oil and Gas Document Control (DC) and Records Management (RM) policies/procedures.
Ensures standardized DC and RM implementation across all oil and gas projects and the organization.
Maintains multiple simultaneous oil and gas project records databases in accordance with oil and gas industry standards and regulations and the oil and gas quality assurance program.
Manage records retention in accordance with the applicable regulations
Manage/Maintain training program on oil and gas DC and RM.
Support self assessments, internal audits and client audits of the records management system.
Confers with other personnel to assure compliance with DC and RM policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work history.
5-8 years of experience performing Document Control and Record Management, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory Document Control and/or Records Management role. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer skills with Documentum, Adobe and Microsoft products.

Knowledge of other Document Control and Record Management applications in use in the oil and gas industry.
