The ASSET360 software platform consists of many reusable data analytics and visualization components that

solve different problems for different customers. At Atonix, Implementation Engineers help perform and guide configuration of ASSET360 to match platform capabilities with customer opportunities. An Implementation Engineer is being sought to configure the ASSET360 software platform for customer use. This often includes connecting data sources, designing asset registries, codifying business processes, and configuring mathematical models. The Implementation Engineer position will introduce the professional to many business sectors, challenge both technical and interpersonal skills, and will serve as the basis for career growth in an exciting and dynamic  business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure the ASSET360 platform post-sale to ensure customers see full value. Organize asset information to leverage platform capabilities, build analytic visuals and define engineering calculations and machine learning models.
  • Work with product and industry managers to ensure project awareness and inform strategy
  • Resolve front or back-end problems and instruct users remotely or in-person using basic troubleshooting and technical skills
  • Respond to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problems with software installation and configuration
  • Maintain technical manuals, quality assurance documentation, and knowledge base
  • Perform limited application systems administration/analysis work
  • Assists in the evaluation, recommendation, testing, and implementation of new software features
Minimum Qualifications

In addition to the education requirements, zero to four years related experience.; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering or science degree preferred and counts as a “related field” in Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated advanced use of software products and platforms
  • Understanding of distributed or complex asset industries (Energy, Water, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing)
  • Extracurricular/self-led projects involving technology
  • Advanced Statistics, Math, or data analytics background a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excels at working with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled at rapid response and multi-tasking.
  • Conscientious team player
  • Leadership experience
