Primary Purpose:
An Implementation Engineer is being sought to configure the ASSET360 software platform for customer use.  The ASSET360 software platform consists of many reusable data analytics and visualization components that require deployment exercises for customer use.  These exercises include connecting data sources, deploying asset registries, and configuring mathematical models.  This position will introduce the professional to many business sectors, provide a hands-on approach to learning advanced data analytics, and will serve as the basis for career growth in an exciting and dynamic business.

 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deploy ASSET360 data structures, analytics, and visuals as directed. Analytics involve engineering calculations, advanced pattern recognition (statistics) models, and artificial intelligence/machine learning models.
• Work with Sector Solution Directors and Managers to ensure project awareness and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science field.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Strong engineering background.
• Demonstrated advanced use of software products and platforms.
• Understanding of distributed or complex asset industries (Energy, Water, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing)
• Advanced Statistics, Math, or data analytics background a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excels at working with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled at rapid response and multi-tasking.

Job Summary

Under general supervision provides accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user's computer application problems of a moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolves problems or instructs users either remotely or at the end user's location, using basic troubleshooting and technical skills  
  • Responds to situations where standard procedures have failed in isolating or fixing problems with software installation and configuration  
  • Maintains accurate information and data regarding end-user issues with the tracking system and according to policies and standards 
  • Maintains technical manuals, quality assurance documentation, and knowledge base 
  • Performs limited application systems analysis work 
  • Assists in the evaluation, recommendation, testing, and implementation of new software applications ; Individual contributor with no subordinates
