Job Summary

Atonix Digital is in a period of rapid change as we continue to grow our company and transform infrastructure markets. We offer cloud-based software solutions that optimize the performance of assets by simplifying complex data, providing operational intelligence and prescribing opportunities for continuous improvement. While others identify problems, we Diagnose, Predict and Prescribe solutions.
We are seeking a Sales Engineer that will play a critical role as we continue to grow our market presence. The candidate will display a high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly. You will be responsible for supporting our sale organization and for the creation of technical product content that effectively conveys the value of our flagship ASSET360 Platform and software portfolio to buyers and stakeholders.

You must be able to communicate to customers through visual and video content, present a compelling solution story through technical product demonstrations that build excitement and confidence with our customers that proves Atonix Digital can support their needs

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales by delivering compelling and effective technical demonstrations designed to communicate how we will meet or exceed expectations
• Ability to articulate the value of our software solutions and products to address customers business challenges directly
• Create storyboards and visual representations of asset lifecycle workflows to create tailored live customer demos to support sales in the pre-close stage.
• Assist marketing in capturing short demo videos that marketing will leverage to create external facing use case videos
• Develop and manage project datasets to be used in product demos
• Help train internal and external product partners to deliver product presentations and demonstrations by providing clear information regarding demo content and scripts
• Maintain close relationships with internal sales, partners and customers to represent the voice of the customer concerning technical content effectively
• Meet with new prospects and existing customers, to provide technical support, consultation, and product demonstrations in support of sales.
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, and webinars. Conduct demos for solutions and products virtually and in person.
• Work closely with sales to create tailored customer proposals
• Measure effectiveness of sales tools. Conduct on-going Field satisfaction surveys and analyze usage results

Management Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 Years Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales and/or technical application

Preferred Qualifications

An understanding of how software can be applied to infrastructure assets to diagnose, analyze, and explore opportunities to optimize assets.
• Passion for technology and knowledge of SaaS software, IT and data analytics technology trends
• Experience with AI, predictive analytics and machine learning landscape is a huge plus.
• Effective communication skills and strong presentation skills at all levels in an organization
• Experience in creating proposals and working with sales to create tailored customer proposals
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Team-Oriented with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, particularly with sales, marketing, product teams and partners.
• Proven ability to work with a minimum of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner.
• Experience in delivered tailoring demos to customers
• Excel at collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to get the job done and thoroughly enjoy being part of a team
• Travel: 20%
