Job Summary
Bird Electric, a Black & Veatch company, is a U.S. self-perform electrical construction services provider with a national reach in emergency power restoration. Bird Electric delivers grid solutions and operates in adjacent distributed infrastructure markets including renewables, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and connectivity.
The Administrative Manager leads and ensures consistent administrive project support and completion of various administrative assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall monitoring, forecasting and leadership over administrative responsiblities.
- Overall optimization of admin resources.
- Overall leadership for administrative duties.
- Adjusting admin services to meet project / internal client strategic and evolving needs.
- May establish training programs for admins and facilitate cross-training of resources.
- Serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
- Manage administrative operations, such as communications, staffing, training, facilities planning, and policy exceptions.

- Strong interpersonal savvy/supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge/experience with project support admin bill of services
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) / develops talent
- Highly dependable and trustworthy
- Strong problem-solving skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 10+ years of strong lead administrative experience required
- Demonstration of leadership.
- High degree of administrative accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
