Job Summary

Proactive, business-oriented workforce planning professional that uses analytical tools and a strategic, consultative mindset to drive innovation and standardization efforts to solve business problems. Works in close coordination with Market Sectors, BV Operations and Human Resources to ensure resource management enhancements are prioritized, implemented, and sustained. Primary point of contact for Tempus system integrations and responsible for the interfaces with the CIOs office for all tool needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Workforce Planning improvement and standardization efforts
  • Develop and implement strategic direction/roadmap for Workforce Planning tools
  • Partner with Human Resources to identify current skill gaps to support immediate needs and advance skills and growth strategy
  • Monitor use and effectiveness of Tempus tool, supporting the operation and integration across the organization
  • Oversee maintenance of process documentation
  • Proactively navigate the organization to connect the dots and succeed without explicit direction

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years related experience in business operations, strategy, or HR
• Experience with synthesizing multiple data components, including demonstrated ability to evaluate and manage through change
