Job Summary

Recruiter will be responsible for supporting B&V’s manpower growth in Asia region primarily focusing on Thailand and Vietnam. Recruiter should be able to devise a plan to support critical hiring needs by working closely with our Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities

•    Working with members of the senior leadership team, management and candidates in order to identify and attract talent.
•    With the support of the Recruiters and Recruiting Manager, this position is responsible for developing effective recruiting strategies for multiple departments.
•    This is a highly visible position that requires the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers often located in different offices
•    Identify, source, recruit and screen highly qualified candidates. Participates in full cycle recruiting including: research, requisition management, sourcing, cold calling, offer negations and closing.
•    Has regular communication with potential candidates and passive candidates in order to build a pipeline of top talent.
•    Maintains all recruiting data and reporting metrics with a high level of confidentiality.
•    Collaborate with external headhunters and staffing agencies
•    Provide information about our company opportunities and benefits to places that may have potential candidates
•    Maintain a rapport and act as the point of contact for any places we consider a potential place to find recruits
•    Use databases and social media to source and recruit potential candidates
•    Onboard new staff by introducing them to the company and guiding them through hiring and training
•    Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, open source communities 
•    Ability to understand, articulate, and sell the organization culture and business initiatives to candidates.
•    Direct Sourcing & Recruiting experience in similar industry. Ideally inhouse recruiting experience gained from a corporate business.
•    Hands-on experience with recruitment software, Social Media recruiting and Applicant Tracking Systems
•    Ability to fully utilize an applicant tracking systems - SuccessFactors (ATS) or any other similar ATS experience preferred
•    Maintain accurate candidate database and applicant tracking system

Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Around 8 years of recruiting work experience– can be as an in-house recruiter or a recruiter at a staffing agency.
  • Experience recruiting for Power and Construction Industry would be highly preferred.
  • MBA in Sales or HRM would be preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management Systems
