Job Summary
Supports functional strategies as an Engineering & Development Services (EDS) contact for BV Market Sectors and the applicable project leadership to bring an understanding of current and new projects to the Global EDS Team along with high level monitoring of engineering and development services execution.
As currently designed, there are no direct reports. This role carries a medium-level risk due to the engineering component of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive joint accountability for project execution and safety performance globally
- Collaborate with Market Sector Solutions Leaders, project leadership, and Strategic Growth organizations to understand new and existing business strategies globally and prepare for growth in emerging markets
- Track new business proposals and services staffing trends that will drive collaboration with EDS Discipline leaders to build proposal and project teams.
- Monitor project challenges for elevation to EDS Leadership, Chief Engineers, and/or EDS Discipline Leaders
- Work with the Market Sector leaders, Quality, and the EDS Process and Technology Leader on the strategy for improvements to processes and tools that will drive efficiency and prepare for future opportunities and markets
Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, HR-related, or other related technical discipline
- Experience with managing and delivering Services or EPC proposals and projects
- 7+ years’ proposal and client relationship experience in one of BV's markets

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of management experience in areas such as engineering, environmental, land services, project management and/or operations management.
