Job Summary

Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent accreditation preferred) demonstrated experience in EPC oil & gas, LNG, offshore, or industrial facilities using 3D engineering models and 2D engineering deliverables for quantity reconciliation.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for performing the final quantity reconciliation of an FLNG Project. Using the interim quantity reconciliation as a baseline, the position will verify, measure, quantify, and reconcile As Designed quantities using the Engineering 3D model (AVEVA E3D Design), Navisworks, and approved 2D engineering deliverables. The quantities include structural, piping, mechanical, instrument, and electrical.

The objective of the role is to establish a complete, auditable, and defensible final quantity record suitable for contract reconciliation, commercial settlement, and project closeout.

Preference will be given to candidates who are Chartered Quantity Surveyors (MRICS), accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent accreditation to RICS such as the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS), with quantity surveying experience on EPC oil & gas, LNG, offshore, or industrial facilities. #LI-CY1

Key Responsibilities

Review interim quantity reconciliation data.
Develop final As Designed quantities from approved engineering information.
Extract and verify quantities from a 3D model (AVEVA E3D Design) and Navis Works.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs from 2D engineering drawings.
Identify quantity variances between interim and final quantities.
Prepare quantity reconciliation report and supporting documentation.
Maintain auditable measurement records.

Preferred Qualifications

Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Demonstrated experience preparing and defending final accounts, quantity reconciliations, and commercial settlements on major EPC, LNG, offshore, marine, or industrial projects.
Experience using engineering 3D models (AVEVA E3D Design), Navisworks, and 2D engineering deliverables to perform quantity take-offs and verification.
Experience supporting commercial negotiations, claims resolution, and dispute avoidance through the development of auditable quantity records.
