Integrated Solutions Strategist, EMEA - Infrastructure Advisory

Job Summary
Black & Veatch is seeking a strategic Integrated Solutions Strategist to support the growth of our Infrastructure Advisory business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
This role is focused on leading our go-to-market strategy and activating integrated offerings that align with regional client needs and growth ambitions. The role will serve as a critical in establishing our footprint in the region and scaling high-performing teams to lead strategic client engagements. The role works closely with regional leadership, sales, and solution teams to drive market clarity, build solution roadmaps, and support pursuit strategy across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Growth Enablement:
- Supports the development and execution of regional market strategies aligned with Infrastructure Advisory regional growth objectives.
- Identifies and prioritizes marketable client segments, solution themes, and investment areas based on market intelligence, client demand, and industry trends.
- Partners with regional leadership to translate strategy into actionable market and solution roadmaps.
- Monitors market, regulatory, and policy developments across EMEA to inform strategic positioning and solution development.
Solution Strategy & Integration:
- Analyzes complex commercial, operational and technical client challenges to design, market and execute integrated offerings that serve emerging client needs.
- Shapes and curates integrated solution offerings that leverage Black & Veatch’s advisory, digital, engineering, and delivery capabilities.
- Defines clear value propositions, use cases, and differentiation for priority solution areas. Works across solution, market segment, and regional teams to align capabilities into cohesive, market-ready offerings.
- Supports go / no-go decisions for new solution development and regional market entry.
Client & Pursuit Enablement:
- Directs pursuit teams, supporting deal strategy, positioning, and value articulation for complex engagements.
- Collaborates with Client Account Managers and sales leadership to align solution strategy with key account priorities.
- Contributes to executive-level client discussions focused on strategy, transformation, and long-term investment planning.
- Leads highly complex and strategic client engagements that may include client stakeholders across multiple business units, third-party contractors and vendors, high-level of technology integration or cross-functional and/or multi-dimensional teams
- Manages employees in client engagements and provides input for performance management and guides career development of other employees through active mentoring.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Serves as a connector across regional leadership, solution owners, marketing, and sales teams to drive alignment.
- Contributes to the development of thought leadership, market insights, and external positioning for the EMEA region.
- Mentors and supports junior strategists and consultants contributing to market and solution initiatives.
- Transfers knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill level
Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree preferred but not essential.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient technical knowledge in one or more target industries (power, gas, fuels and chemicals, water)
- Understanding of techno-commercial consulting business in target territories (Philippines, Indonesia and other South East Asian Countries, Middle East, United Kingdom)
- Knowledge base in one or more solution areas.
- Good general knowledge of customers in one or more target industries.
- Proficiency in one or more aspects of consulting processes.
- Human relations skills including collaboration and team functions.
- Understanding of team function and operation in an engagement environment.
Preferred Consultant Skills:

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Circa 10+ years in a consulting, strategy, or professional services environment
- Experience in business development and market activation
- Experience managing or supporting multiple concurrent initiatives or engagements.
