Job Summary
Under close supervision, performs routine aspects of estimating assignments requiring knowledge of basic estimating principles.
Key Responsibilities
  • . Develops and/or compiles discipline material take-offs (MTOs) . Enters the information into the Estimating software for inclusion in an estimate . The individual may be exposed to other aspects of estimating as required . Individual contributor with no subordinates 
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • BS or MS graduate in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required  
  • Field and/or project experience is a plus  
  • Preferred Skills: . Basic estimating principles . Mathematical skills . Analytical skills . Interpret and understand specifications . Attention to detail . Problem solving skills . Calculator . Microsoft Excel . Microsoft Access 
  • Minimum Qualifications
    0 to 1 year of relevant experience is required. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
