Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the duties of an Environmental Scientist 2: Prepares specific scopes of work Develops/implements work plans Provides schedule and budgetary recommendations Interacts with clients, agencies and project managers by attending meetings and providing brief summaries of scientific project information Oversees the required project files to ensure that document references, consultations, analytical methods, calculations, and rationales used in reaching scientific conclusions are maintained Evaluates contractor's proposals, data and reports May require participation in field work
- Preliminary design including:
- Area plan drawings
- List of structures and proposed structure
- List of critical repairs and proposed resolution
- List of Permits required
- Environmental and Historic Preservation Requirements (EHP) form
- Access Roads
- Vegetation removal plan
- Access roads plan
- Outage coordination plan
- Revised timeline and project spend forecast (Engineering work)
- Permit Support as Needed
- Complete WOP
- Outage schedule
