The Opportunity


Responsible for the preparation, assembly, and submittal of TC&I proposals with a focus on the Distributed Infrastructure and Integrated Facilities Solutions. This includes leading pre-proposal activities to respond to client questionnaires, requests for information / qualification (RFI/RFQ), client presentations, and other inquiries. Pursuit Specialists have the opportunity to tailor and develop unique, client centric Statements of Qualifications (SOQ), brochures, resumes, presentations and other sales collateral to support successful business development efforts. Assigned proposals may range from small to large scope and generally have low to high-risk profiles. Expected to manage multiple proposals with differing revenue, solutions, complexities, and schedules at a given time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or contribute to the development of compliant, high quality RFI/RFQ/RFP responses and supporting material from assignment through award
  • Manage teams of cross-functional stakeholder groups to meet proposal objectives and deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings and reviews to drive proposal progress to meet scheduled milestones and compliance with requirements
  • Track meeting minutes and action items through distribution and completion
  • Ensure proposal files are set up and managed in accordance with best practices
  • Continually develop and manage reusable content to include templates, boilerplate, qualifications, resumes, project sheets and other materials
  • Collaborate with proposal teams and leadership to develop robust client presentations
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM, PowerBi, and other internal tools to track proposal status for leadership insight and review
  • Support the proposal team with the update and maintenance of resources and directories (key contacts lists, business enablement links etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project or proposal experience.

  • Normal office environment with a hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote
