Job Summary

Provide environmental support through the development or performance of field studies, environmental assessments and completion of permit/license applications for domestic or international projects. The rapidly growing Business Intelligence Group within P&AM is a dedicated development team focused on providing technical insights and data solutions to our clients. You'll be key part of a team creating Engineering/Construction Applications and Analytics Dashboards, while liaising with project and practice leaders across the firm. The EDGE Program provides early-career professionals a unique combination of at least 3 rotational job experiences over 3-4 years, structured training curriculum, and direct access to business leaders. The program is intended to accelerate career progression and broaden the development of participants promoting a successful career at BV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts literature surveys and assists in preparation of sampling plans, work plans, and specifications 
  • Participates in environmental studies* to collect primary baseline data for projects 
  • Compiles, evaluates, analyzes and validates data to support Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study reports 
  • Establishes and maintains required files to document references, consultation, analytical methods and rationale used in reaching conclusions 
  • May require participation in field work * Environmental studies may include the following activities: risk assessments, environmental audits, permit applications, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, etc 
  • Management Responsibilities

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in  Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields 
    •  

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Must have a 4 year degree
    • Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
    • Must have less than 2 years professional experience relevant to BV
    • Required intermittent travel to project sites
    • Required short-term and long-term relocation to project sites and regional offices
    • All applicants must have work authorization and will not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa
