The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will lead diverse projects across multiple solutions within the EMEA region. These may include Data Centres, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), substations, process solutions such as Hydrogen, sustainable fuels like Ammonia, and power generation projects.
Over time, you will take full responsibility for medium to large-scale projects, managing multiple clients, leading multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating third-party companies to ensure successful project delivery.
Location & Work Model
This position is based in our Madrid office, with a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, experience in Data Centre project management or managing a variety of projects across different solutions.
We also welcome candidates with relevant experience in other areas of the engineering sector.
Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of sustainable process projects, including risk to cost, schedule, quality.
• Managing FEL 1, 2 and 3 Projects and EPC Phase.
• Overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing.
• Obtaining new/repeat business on medium to large size projects and supporting contract negotiations
• Actively promoting BV’s safety culture.
• Working with discipline Engineers and Construction Managers to identify and resolve problems or issues related to design, schedule, materials, change management safety and quality.
• Participation in integrated planning sessions.
• Manages risk which may include fixed price, new technology, non domestic markets or new clients.
Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Hydrogen or process industry
IOSH or NEBOSH
Project Management Qualification
Construction Design Management (CDM) Trained/Experience
Minimum Qualifications
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Have the right to work in Spain without the need for visa sponsorship
