The Opportunity
As a Senior Analyst within the Infrastructure Advisory team in Canada, you will play a key role in delivering technology projects for water, electric and gas utilities. There is an immediate need to support industry-leading Operational Technologies (OT) transformation projects specifically around Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), with opportunities to work on other Infrastructure Advisory solution projects including Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Grid Modernization, Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) implementation, and Digital Solutions in Canada and the United States.

You will work with professionals in the Consulting and Digital Delivery Teams who represent a dynamic and cross-functional group of experts in strategy, data, technology, and asset management systems. Together, they deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that help clients navigate complex infrastructure challenges across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of technology projects, including requirements gathering, data evaluation, process mapping, report development, training, change management, and testing.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights, identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Under general supervision, prepare reports, presentations, processes, tools, models and other deliverables to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations to clients.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to support the project team with presentation and facilitation.
- Recognize and apply appropriate technical methods to diagnose issues and develop solutions; engage technical subject matter experts to fill knowledge gaps.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of an industry or technical specialization.
- Understand and adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements. May support development of scope and fee for proposals.
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
- Develop knowledge and experience in specializations and specific industry areas and participate in professional development opportunities. Shares current knowledge of latest technology and processes.
Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in the electric utility sector and/or in a management consulting role working with utilities.
- Knowledge of or direct experience with Grid Management & Modernization Solutions Deployment (e.g. Grid Modernization Technologies, Advanced Distribution Management System, Distributed Energy Resource Management System, Automated Metering Infrastructure) and/or Utility IT Transformation (Enterprise Asset Management, Work Management, Customer Information Systems, ERP)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree + 2-4 years experience OR Master's degree
- 2-4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
