Job Summary
Black & Veatch is seeking an HR Analyst - Construction Project Coordinator who is responsible for day-to-day administration of assignment services. This individual will act as a liaison between affected professionals, internal functional stakeholders (such as Legal, Payroll, Accounts Payable or Tax), and internal sector line leaders (such as HR Partners, Project Managers, etc); utilize Assignment Pro, PeopleSoft and shared drive files for assignment tracking and related reporting for identified population; and prepare and approve assignment letters and related documents.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiates and manages the assignment process for identified population.
- Administers and interprets related policies and regulations to provide strategic guidance and support to HR and sector leaders to ensure tax, and legal compliance.
- Serves as central point of contact for day-to-day emails and phone calls with affected professionals and internal stakeholders regarding assignment issues for identified population.
- Escalates issues or exceptions with identified population to their managers attention for assessment or decision.
- Supports continuous process improvement efforts and the associated change management effects.
- Conducts periodic audits of files and follows up on missing information for identified population.
- Continuously monitors monthly activity reports, government regulation changes (such as IRS Mileage Rates, GSA Per Diems, etc.) for identified population where further actions may be required.
- Develops and maintains process documentation related to identified population.
