Job Summary
To perform a variety of clerical support tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Manage site documentation and ensure that site documents are correctly labeled, filed, and stored.

Ensure document control management is in accordance with Company procedures.

Distribute documentation to project teams and ensure that all documents are up to date

Maintain document logs, including transmittals, letters, and other documents as required

Provide administrative support to project team, including preparing document hardcopies and providing other assistance as required.
