Duties

Facilitate the preparation of summary schedule detailing high level dependency relationships between technical Engineering activities to procurement of major and minor equipment and materials, and availability to start construction activities based on specific durations.  Prepare and maintain Primavera baseline/execution schedule, consisting of up to 10,000 inter-related activities requiring understanding and application of logic approved by the Chief Engineers. Facilitate earned value application and productivity reporting based on understanding of progress to date in associate with applicable manhour budgets to be loaded by the scheduler on an activity-by-activity basis.  Perform/assist with critical path reporting and float analysis which defines the most critical network of activities from Engineering thru Procurement to Construction.  Understand schedule logic calculations including early pass, late pass, total float, and free float.  Prepare monthly cost report/forecast.  Prepare monthly revenue report/forecast. Track and report weekly cost. Maintain and assist change management. Review subcontractor invoice and billing. Provide estimated cost and revenue based on crew resource. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related, and three years of related experience.  Must have experience with preparing Cost Report and Cash Flow and preparing input to monthly and quarterly reports. Must have experience with maintaining and leading quantity management reporting and change management program. Must have experience with preparing Revenue reports. Must experience with production tracking, manhour tracking, and invoice review. Must have experience with revenue/cost/billing analysis. Must have experience with Excel. Telecommuting is permissible within a reasonable commuting distance from the Overland Park, KS office.  Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English.
