Job Summary

We have a new and exciting role within our Digital Products and Services (DPS) function where we are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative professional to support the continued growth and development of our digital business. This key role will require a combination of business development and technical direction combined with strategic internal and external relationship management. 

The role will support the Head of DPS to collectively lead our team and our projects depending on requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with and support the Head of DPS to achieve the Strategic and Financial Objectives
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Continue to build the talent and capability of the DPS function to deliver leading services for our clients
  • Ensure excellent quality in delivery to the agreed cost and time targets
  • Influence and input into the continuing development of innovative and unique approaches that give a differentiated and exclusive position to B&V Digital
  • Assist in the definition and implementation of DPS’ marketing and sales plan
  • Cross selling of digital opportunities within B&V
  • Team responsibilities - Management, Leadership, Talent Development, reviews/appraisals, talent retention & recruitment
Minimum Qualifications

Education & training:

Educated to technical degree level (Third level technical qualification)

Background & experience:

  • Experience in digital solutions for asset intensive industries
  • Practical experience in Agile working methodologies preferably Scrum.
  • Use and management of DevOps for development and project activities.
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Project and Programme management
Preferred Qualifications


  • Membership of the Institute of Asset Management and/or Engineering Body
  • TOTEX investment decision making tools and techniques
