The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Asset Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform in the areas mentioned above, plus a general understanding of the basic ServiceNow areas.

This role collaborates with IT leadership, process owners, and the product delivery team to deliver business value in alignment with our standards. The role requires a passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features, as well as strong product management skills. #LI-NK1 #LI-Hybrid

The Team

The product owner will partner with development resources to develop solutions and complete testing on development work. You will also provide support to stakeholders by identifying their needs and aligning the growth of your portfolio of products with their strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the technology, process and business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document ServiceNow tool improvements focused on the improvement of the Black and Veatch IRM, VRM, SecOps, Asset Management and supporting technologies.
Work with stakeholders to determine their business requirements and how to realize them through additional or changed functionality.
Work directly with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements
Own the IRM, VRM, SecOps and Asset Management product roadmaps, priorities, and execution. Develop a roadmap to mature the applications.
Deliver incredible tools and experiences by combining your knowledge of IRM, VRM, SecOps, Asset Management and the ServiceNow platform.
Continue to expand your overall knowledge of IRM, VRM SecOps, Asset Management and supporting technologies through training, self-learning, or attendance at ServiceNow events.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Fundamentals certification
SecOps Practitioner certification
SAM or HAM Fundamentals
IRM Practitioner certification
Experience as a security engineer or asset manager
Experience in EPC industry
Three or more years working with any mix of SecOps, IRM, VRM or Asset Management
Two years creating roadmaps
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
8-10 years experience in IT with at least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Experience managing any mix of either VRM, IRM, SecOps or Asset Management.
Experience with IT Security Operations, Policy Management, Asset Management or Audit Management.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
7-8 years experience
