Regional Client Services Leader - Water Business

Key Responsibilities

We’re Looking for a Key Leader in the Southeast - Our Water business has an opportunity to further your career with a position providing direction and leadership to our geographic growth initiatives in our Southeast and Florida business and to develop new business line offerings.  Initial focus will be central and north Florida and Georgia. 

Busiess management with priorities on market strategies and client relationship development in the geographic growth areas of our SE business with intial focus on Ft Myers, Sarasota, Jacksonville, Northwest FL and others as mutually agreed(year 1 and 2)

Client management in West Central Florida area particularly with clients which complement our existing client base, close collaboration with NE and South Florida Client Directors to optimize client relationships, effective positioning within target client organizations, leading pursuit teams, and strong financial management to include both top line and bottom line growth. 

Manages capture strategies and provides direction to the marketing department who help drive major proposals and presentations&bsp;  Accoutable for project performance and specific New Business objectives.

Working with our national business lines to create opportunities for new/repeat business; leads contract negotiations.&bsp;

Opportuity to develop business lines focused on 1Water

Maages risk profile with specific clients as projects evolve

Serve as project director or project maager on strategic projects or for strategic clients.

Other Details of the Role

Prepare ad implement geographic market strategies and Client Development Plans for identified target clients

Prepare ad implement business line development plans for target service areas

Develop ad maintain personal relationships with target clients, business partners, and competitors

Deliver expected volume of New Busiess and Earned PGM from &bsp;project portfolio

Promote the full rage of service offerings

Assig and lead positioning of client account teams

 

What Is This Position About?

Update ad maintain ECRM to accurately reflect market potential for assigned clients

Develop or review all key pursuit strategy ad positioning, and lead or support proposal development

Manage the assigned portion of the business development budget

Participate in Go/No Go decisios or recommendations, and assist with preparation of PRB documents

For selected projects; Oversee execution of professional service projects to meet or exceed expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and budget

Apply market pricig to ensure that each pursuit is competitive

Actively manage performance of assigned staff and projects; and lead accountability within the Region

Preferred Qualifications

Typically 15 years experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of science degree.
