Job Summary
To administer contract requirements, such as delivery schedules and bids on materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • In addition to duties performed as a Contract Administrator 2: Creates, maintains, and finalized bidder lists for less complex projects 
  • Issues specifications and performs bid analyses on simple equipment procurement 
  • Performs basic expediting including direct contact with contractors 
  • Reviews contract specifications determining all documentation submittals 
  • Generates project change orders 
  • Management Responsibilities
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Total years of experience : 10-15 years
    • Educational qualification : B.Com or any other relevant degree. Masters degree would be an add on benefit. 
    • Experience in Indian projects is mandatory. 
    • Industry experience : Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power
    • Contract duration : 12 months (can be extendable for another year)
    • Candidates having experience in contracts and commercial function in any Industry engaged in EPC business-Water, Power, Infrastructure besides O&G is mandatory.
