Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Consultant with strong expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) and Digital Transformation to lead strategic initiatives and deliver advanced analytics solutions, preferably having exposure to energy sector. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and client engagement to drive actionable insights and business value. You will function as a lead consultant or technical specialist, applying advanced techniques and mentoring junior team members.
Digital Transformation
Develop and implement digital transformation strategies, including roadmaps for data modernization, automation, and cloud adoption.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, predictive analytics) to optimize business processes and decision-making.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
Design and develop BI dashboards, reports, and data models using tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Validate and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Develop custom analytics applications tailored to client needs.
Promote best practices in data visualization, data governance, and security compliance.
Infrastructure Advisory & Asset Management
Support clients in capital planning, risk assessment, and investment prioritization using advanced analytics.
Implement KPI frameworks and benchmarking tools to monitor asset health and operational efficiency.
Project & Client Engagement
Oversee scope and schedule for BI and digital transformation projects.
Actively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and present client deliverables; explain methods and conclusions clearly.
Support business development activities and lead smaller proposals.
Author and present technical papers; foster knowledge transfer through mentoring.

Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong experience in BI tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proficiency in SQL, data integration/ETL (APIs, PowerShell), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Basic programming skills (Python, R, JavaScript, VBA)
- Experience with digital transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, Agile).
- Knowledge of asset management standards (ISO 55000) and practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure design/construction projects is a plus.
- Preferable but not mandatory - Apply asset management principles (ISO 55000) to optimize lifecycle performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure assets.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in BI or analytics roles.
- Preferably masters in data analytics and bachelors in any engineering stream.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience. 4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment. Certifications
Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred.
