Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Electrical design for industrial water/wastewater projects, which includes Data Centers, Semiconductor, Mining, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Power, Oil & Gas industries.
- Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and leadership, demonstrate an ability to mentor and coach others, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dynamic/adaptable/flexible candidate that understands alternative delivery models such as EPC, FEL/FEED, Design-Build, and Services.
- Provide technical guidance on client standards and expectations to engineering and technician staff that are supporting project detailed design
- Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and miscellaneous plant electrical systems for client consultations
- Resolution of site queries
- Review of supplier submittals.
- Act as a liaison between the local design team and remote design team(s) for Electrical design.
- Continuous learning and development of technical expertise/specialty area.

Management Responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 15-20 years in industrial water electrical design, planning and construction services
- Experience with developing execution processes, standards, and training
- Consulting and Industrial Water/Wastewater experience preferred
- Experience in medium and low voltage power distribution equipment, including variable frequency drives and standby diesel generators
- Power system analysis experience in SKM, ETAP, or other analysis software a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 15 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
