The Telecommunications Division delivers telecommunication infrastructure solutions to utilities, local and state government agencies and the commercial wireless/wireline industry. Primary Purpose:
Supports the proposal efforts on assigned proposals based on Corporate or Division guidelines and procedures along with direction from the Proposal Manager. Responsible for developing and maintaining tools to help coordinate proposal execution teams, proposal deliverables and standardizing our proposal deliverables. Inspire and drive additional team efficiencies and process improvements to increase overall proposal success.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•Proposal file setup and document management through records archival
•Assists Proposal Manger, in coordination with internal and external business partners and Subject Matter Expert (SMEs), to maintain the proposal response schedule, proposal budget, and proposal response quality
•Interfaces with Proposal Manager, other Proposal Coordinators, and SME’s to collaborate on writing, editing, production, assembly, and delivery of assigned proposals.
•Tracks assigned prospects and proposals within the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. Provides updates and reports on the status of proposals to
•Active implementation of proposal process improvements and incorporation of lessons learned and cost reduction ideas
•Interfaces with Proposal Manager, other Proposal Coordinators, and SME’s to collaborate on writing, editing, production, assembly, and delivery of assigned proposals.
•Tracks assigned prospects and proposals within the Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. Provides updates and reports on the status of proposals to
•Active implementation of proposal process improvements and incorporation of lessons learned and cost reduction ideas
•Supports Proposal Manger in establishment and development of competitive analysis and risk assessments for proposal responses.
•Facilitates review of proposal Terms & Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other proposal/contract documents with the Division Legal staff.
•Facilitates proposal response preparation and coordination with internal stakeholders for attaining authorized signatures, corporate seals, and bonding satisfaction requirements.
•Participates, as required, in Cost Review Board (CRB) meetings and preparations, Proposal Review Board (PRB) meetings and preparations, and Executive Review Board (ERB) meetings and preparations.
•Provides support to division Marketing & Communications team, as required, for departmental improvements and efficiencies development.
•Participates in proposal outcome review, understanding, and improvement developments to increase proposal pursuit win rates and Basis of Qualification (BOQ) for alignment with company, division, and business line strategic plans.
•Assists in the coordination and integration of reviews by legal, contracts, insurance, finance, treasury, and tax support groups for assigned proposals.
•Assists Proposal Manager in the negotiations with clients, business partners and key suppliers as requested.
•The Proposal Coordinator will implement safety, quality, and ethical standards throughout the proposal process, in accordance with corporate and division policies, standards and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Basic written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills. Basic problem solving and organization skills. Basic knowledge of marketing/ branding/ communications concepts. Basic multi-tasking skills and attention to detail. Basic interpersonal and networking skills. Basic research and analysis skills. Works with written as well as verbal direction. Marketing - Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising media including print, audio, internet, video etc. Basic editorial skills. Proposals - Basic knowledge of company services and marketing strategies Working knowledge of the business practices and procedures. Event Coordinating - Basic knowledge of event planning policies and procedures.
