Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Modeling: Perform modeling, analysis, and design of transmission lines (including steel poles/lattice towers) using PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, and PLS-Tower.
- PLS – Tower and Transmission line foundation design experience will be preferred.
- Route Planning: Evaluate terrain, environmental factors, and logistics to plan cost-effective and safe transmission routes.
- Structural & Electrical Analysis: Calculate conductor sag/tension, design foundations, and lattice tower designs in PLS-Tower
- Drawing Support: Develop cost estimates, help to prepare construction drawings, review tower detail and fabrication drawings and oversee construction to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, design specifications, and bill of materials and design calculation reports #LI-IB2

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in transmission line design and having working experience in PLS-CADD specially PLS-Tower and transmission line foundation design.
